Your Google Business Profile, set up properly.

Most of this is done within five working days.

Before I touch anything, I get to know your business

I start by understanding what your business does, your main products and services, and where you actually provide them — not just your postcode, but the areas you genuinely serve. This isn’t a formality — it’s what everything else is built on.

I check the details customers rely on

I review the important information displayed on your profile, including your:

  • Business name
  • Address and location information
  • Phone number
  • Website
  • Opening hours
  • Special and holiday hours
  • Business category
  • Services
  • Products, where applicable
  • Business description
  • Photos and visual presentation
  • Customer contact options

I look for information that is missing, incorrect, outdated, inconsistent or unclear, and identify what needs attention.

I look at your profile as a customer would

A profile can be technically complete and still fail to make a good impression. That’s why I consider the complete customer experience.

When someone discovers your business for the first time, can they immediately understand who you are, what you do, where you are, when you’re open and how to contact you? Can they see what your business looks like? Can they find your main services without having to search elsewhere? Does the information give them confidence that they have found the right business?

I look at these details together rather than treating your Google listing as a collection of separate boxes.

Your information should be clear and consistent

Small errors can create unnecessary uncertainty. An old telephone number, incorrect opening hours, missing services, an outdated address or photographs that no longer represent your business can leave customers wondering whether the information they are seeing can be trusted.

I help identify these issues so that your Google presence reflects the business you actually run today.

Your photos matter too

People want to know what they are walking into. Your photographs can help potential customers understand your premises, products, services, team and overall business before they decide to contact you.

I review the visual side of your profile and identify opportunities to improve the quality, relevance and usefulness of your images.

The aim isn’t simply to have more photographs. It’s to make sure the images help tell customers what your business is and what they can expect.

I also look at the next step

Finding your business is only the beginning. Once someone has discovered you, they need to know what to do next. Whether they want to:

  • Call you.
  • Visit you.
  • Get directions.
  • Visit your website.
  • Ask a question.
  • Request more information.

The important information should be easy to find and understand. Your phone number, in particular, should be easy to spot — not buried at the bottom of the page.

A better first impression

Your Google Business Profile should support the work you’ve already put into building your business — not work against it.

When someone searches for your business, they should find the right information, understand what you offer, know how to contact or visit you, and see a profile that looks like a genuine representation of your business.

No unrealistic promises. No guarantee of rankings or customers.

Just a properly reviewed, accurate and professionally presented Google Business Profile that gives potential customers a better experience when they discover your business online.

A better digital shop window.
Clearer information.
A more professional first impression.
A profile that is ready to work for your business.

What I need from you

  • Access to your Google Business Profile (or add me as a manager).
  • Your correct name, address, phone number, opening hours and the areas you actually serve.
  • A few sentences about what your business does.
  • A list of what you offer.
  • Your logo and a few good photos.

What you’ll get

  • Your details fixed and correct everywhere.
  • The right words chosen, so Google shows you to the right people.
  • A friendly description of your business, written for you.
  • Your services listed clearly.
  • Your logo and photos uploaded and looking sharp.
  • A profile where a visitor can find your phone number, get directions, and ask a question without hunting for it.

Why it’s £119 right now

ClearView-Digital is new. I’m building up my first clients and my first honest reviews, and I’d rather say that plainly than dress it up. Until 30 September 2026 this package is £30 off, at £119. After that it goes back to £149.

There’s no catch attached. If you’d like to leave an honest review afterwards it genuinely helps me, but it isn’t a condition of the price and I won’t ask you to promise one.

Is this the right package?

This one is for profiles that are new, missing or half-finished. If yours already exists and you want it properly reviewed and pushed further, look at Complete Profile Optimisation (£430) instead.

If you haven’t got a website either, the Website Creation + Basic Setup bundle (£410) covers both together. And once the setup is done, the Care Plan (£74/month) keeps the profile active rather than letting it go quiet.

Still unsure? Ask me — I’ll tell you honestly which one fits, or if you don’t need one at all.
