What does ClearView-Digital actually improve?
I improve the accuracy, completeness and local relevance of your Google Business Profile, so nearby customers can find you, understand what you do and get in touch without hunting for it.
What’s included in the service?
I review your listing, find what’s missing or working against you, then make practical improvements to your information, categories, services and photos. Exactly what’s included depends on the package — each one is listed in full on its own page, with a fixed price.
What information do you need from me?
Your Google Maps listing link, your correct business details, your services, your opening hours, the areas you genuinely cover, and your logo and a few good photos. You’ll also need to give me manager access to the profile, or approve the changes yourself.
How quickly will my profile be updated?
You’ll see changes as soon as I make them. Most work is finished within five working days of getting access and information. Google’s own verification step can take longer, and that part is outside my control.
Do you guarantee Google rankings?
No. Nobody can, and anyone who says otherwise is selling you something. Google decides rankings. What I can do is make your listing accurate, complete and genuinely useful to the people who find it — and tell you honestly what I can and can’t influence.
Do I keep ownership of everything?
Yes. You keep ownership of your Google Business Profile, your domain, your website content and everything you give me. Once the work is paid for, it’s yours to keep, change or take elsewhere.
How do I pay?
You fill in the form for the package you want, we have a conversation about your business, and then payment is arranged by PayPal or bank transfer before any work starts. Nothing on this website takes payment. Your package covers the agreed work, and anything extra is priced separately and agreed first.
Can I make changes myself afterwards?
Yes. It stays your profile throughout. I’ll explain what I’ve done and why, so you can keep it up to date yourself — or take the Care Plan if you’d rather I kept it active for you.
Do you only work with businesses in Derby?
No. I’m based in Derby and know the area well, but the work is done remotely, so I can help a business anywhere in the UK. Being local just means I can meet you if that’s easier.
